Bio

My name's Dan Finlay. I started doing improv in high school in 1997. I went pro working for ComedySportz in 2003, after a year of their intensive training. I've been teaching High Schooler's improv since '04, and I've performed for hundreds of audiences, including a number of corporate groups including Intel, AAA, Cisco, Chevron, several Bar Mitzvahs, Weddings, and other specific events. I don't claim to be the greatest, but I put forth the effort towards learning what I need to know to cater a show for any group of people, and I know this is all it really takes to put on a good show. The experience don't hurt none either. I intend this blog to be specifically for people interested in the Art of Improv, although I'm pretty sure its messages can be used by just about anyone in the field of Having A Good Time. Hope it can be of some interest to you.
